Suzhou Bluescope zinc aluminum pot jacking & translation project's role is to remove nearly expired pot and install a new pot.
The project use Marlin agent products Hilman Roller and Dynex pump. Dynex split pump is very suitable for jacking & translation project, a hydraulic station based on Dynex pump is the key control device for this project which guarantees the project accomplished well. Dynex split pump has a seperate ball valve on each outlet port,which makes one split pump works as multi-pumps, it simplizes synchronous move circuit design, Dynex pump's flow accuracy is higher than split valve.
To fulfill this project Marlin assigns third party to make steel structure and deal with site installation. For site installation, take 24 hours continuous construction which assures customer's old pot removal and new pot installation finish on time and get customer's praise.
